Terms and Conditions

A Designer will call you within 24 hours of receiving your online scheduling request, text message, voicemail, or social media messaging.  Reservations will not be confirmed until payment is received following a Design Consultation. 

Once the Personal Design Consultation is completed, you'll receive an invoice outlining the details of your Design, Installation Information, and Pricing.  Please review the invoice carefully for accuracy and submit your payment.   We will send you a text confirming your payment and installation reservation.  Payment is required prior to confirming reservation.  

• The day before your installation, we will send you a text confirming that your Design is ready.
• The day of installation, we will let you know an ETA for our arrival to install your design.
• The Design will be professionally installed and photographed.
• The photograph of the Design will be sent to you via text confirming the installation.

Please Note:  Installations will not be conducted during severe weather or the presence of lightening.  In the event that we are unable to install your Metro Yard Display due to weather conditions, you will receive immediate notification and given the opportunity to reschedule your display. 

Display time range 24 - 36 hours. Displays are delivered* and installed the evening before the Rental Reservation Date or in the early morning hours of the Rental Reservation Date. Display retrieval takes place the day after the Rental Reservation Date.  

• Schedule Lawn Services BEFORE the Design Installation to insure great photographs of your Metro Yard Display!  This will also protect the signs from being soiled by lawn professionals and requiring additional cleaning which will result in a $50 service fee to restore the display.
• Your Metro Yard Display will not support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on the elements of the display.  Damage to any element of the display will be your responsibility at a minimum replacement or repair fee of $15 per design element.
• Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the elements of the display.  Please avoid use of glitter, chalk, or silly string around the elements of the display to avoid a service fee of $50 to restore the display. 
• Your Metro Yard Display has been designed to your specifications and represents our company.  Please do not remove or rearrange any element of the display.  
• Metro Yard Display, its employees, affiliates, and representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of the display.
• All elements of the display are the property of Metro Yard Display.  You are responsible for any damage or loss which will result in a charge of a minimum replacement or repair fee of $15.

In the event that you need to cancel your Metro Yard Display, kindly provide 48 hours notice to ensure a full refund.
